The Goal of Achieving Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women and Girls to the fullest has always been our motto at Metropolis Labs. All our CSR initiatives are being designed and implemented to accomplish this goal. It is so heartening to witness that our leadership team member Dr. Kirti Chadha propagate on Gender Equality and Inclusivity through her inspiring messages to the upcoming generations in her individual capacity.
Dr Kirti Chadha, Chief Scientific Officer and Group Head – CSR, Metropolis Healthcare was recently invited as a Chief Guest at the 16th Scholarship Awards Function hosted by #MalhotraWeiKFieldFoundation. She gave an enriching and eye-opening interview session at the event advocating on #genderequality and #worklifebalance . She elaborated by citing her own examples on how she managed to be successful in life, both personally and professionally. She emphasized that one needs to keep on moving and going ahead with their life without getting attached or basking in the glory of the name and fame. She put forwarded a whole new perspective to the thought of “Soft Creator”, but an “Hard Executor”.
Over 100 meritorious students pursuing Post-Graduate and Undergraduate studies in various fields of Pure Sciences, mainly hailing from rural areas and from families with low incomes were awarded full scholarship to enable them to successfully pursue their studies.
